Since to onset of COVID, I have chosen to see clients via a secure virtual platform which gives you the choice of either Video, Chat, or Messaging formats. I can help you deal with a wide range of personal issues including but not limited to the following:

- Anger management- Anger resulting from not feeling secure on many fronts and lashing out at persons or other entities you feel are responsible for you not feeling secure.

- Substance abuse- Finding that the chronic use of drugs, including alcohol, to put a band aid on the pain and/or life stressors that can result in unmanageable situations such as legal issues, relationship issues, employment issues, a myriad of family issues, and feelings of loneliness and boredom.
- Workplace stress- When you feel overwhelmed with thoughts and feelings such as: Your efforts are not appreciated; You become frustrated with how management is running the company; You are having difficulty getting along with co-workers; You have fears of being laid-off or terminated; You have issues dealing with perceived unreasonable or threatening customers. Thinking all day that you can hardly wait for “Happy Hour” to finally arrive so you can get a temporary reprieve from the day’s stressors.
- Relationship Issues- When you are having difficulty with the relationships you have and the behaviors with these relationships may present that can result in many forms of stress in your life.
